LinkedIn acquisition by Microsoft is certain to be conducted smoothly.
Latest news, the European Commission has approved the purchase of social networks for employees and professionals by Microsoft.
Microsoft itself would not preclude other social networks such as LinkedIn to use the software as well as services such as Microsoft Outlook.
Microsoft also allow OEMs who become associates, to back-bundle devices with social networking applications other professionals, who become rivals LinkedIn.
Microsoft buy LinkedIn valued at USD 26.2 billion.
In this purchase Microsoft not only get LinkedIn.com, but also some of the other products owned by LinkedIn today as SlideShare.com and Lynda.com.
Furthermore, LinkedIn will be linked to the products and services of Microsoft Office as well as Cortana.
The acquisition of social networking which has 433 million registered members and 105 million regularly visit it every month, it is hoped will be completed by the end of 2016.
